Reading your meter

Meters should be read on the 1st day of each month. Mark your meter reading on the remittance portion of your bill and return with your payment. Be sure to record the complete reading on the remittance stub. You may also submit your meter reading by phone or via our meter reading form page.

If a meter reading is not received by the due date, your electric usage will be estimated based on previous usage. If the reading is not received or is late for two consecutive months, a cooperative employee will be dispatched to read the meter and a charge of $25 will be added to the bill.
