Billing information

Bills will be mailed to our consumers near the end of each calendar month. The bill will reflect usage for the previous month. Payments are due at either the Slayton or Worthington office on or before the 10th of each month, the payment discount is forfeited.

Should the 10th day of the month fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the period for payment of accounts, including the discount will be extended to the next business day.  

Your location number is on the top left-hand corner of your electric bill. The three part number tells us where your electric service is located. The first number is the township where the electric service is located. The second number is the section of your township and the last number is assigned to your service in the section. This location number provides valuable information about your service and helps us respond to problems and outages in a timely fashion.
